Hi so i got the piston fitted and the engine is running perfect only downside is i never got a exhaust ring with my gasket kit or iv misplaced it so my grandad decided to use exhaust gasket silcone and it works a dream :) will try and get a video of quad running tomorrow as its pouring of rain. i am just going to trim my plastics down to look like the miaer plastics whats the best thing to cut them? my grandads friend has a bandsaw he was going to use to do it for me but i dunno . also has anyone got pictures of the plastics they trimmed just to give me a idea of how much to get cut off.

cheers guys (:

A jig saw with a fine tooth blade works well. As for how much to cut, that's all on you. There's no set way of doing it. You just have to do what looks good to you.

Awesome :) iv got a few ideas of this forum of how much to cut just to decide what i want lol the less the better as i like getting muddy :D haha

I Cut my last pair like the Raptor fenders , with an angle and on top and near our knees , need to find a pic so people can tell what I'm talking about haha

I do like the rappy plastic look very much! I just can bring my self to cut up plastics! :D

Please lets see some pics!

I used a straight edge and a 4 1/2 grinder with a 1/8" cut off wheel. Scored the cut with a utility knife, blue taped the edge and then cut Very slowly...
Nah, that's too much work. CHAINSAW BRO!!!!
