And if you go over, your done? wont start? (sorry i'm new to 4wheelers)
the stator only puts out so much power. its kind of like a fuse. if you over power it, it stops working. without a working stator your bike will not run. seeing as the stator runs your electrics. blasters do not have a battery. i have seen guys add a battery. its a pain.
i suggest you buy non hid headlights. they are bright yes, but not only expensive, but are way too powerful (require too much wattage) im not for sure on the mounts, but really if your good enough you can mount anything, anywhere. trail tech has a replacement headlight mount. so the 2 little lights go where teh factory one was. it looks better, and now your lights turn with the bars. may help you see better. frame mounted lights are fixed, and you can only see where the frame is pointed. you can see teh pros and cons of both, i hope.
i know teh big block light is sort of ugly, but works great. as long as teh light looks good( opinoin, preference only, meaning as long as you like it) is sturdy, in mount and in light fixture, and is bright, but doesnt require too much wattage, your in the clear. you can however buy a higher wattage stator, but i've heard bad things about ricky stator, so to each his own. thats my $.02. take it for what its worth. i hope i helped somebody in all this typing.....
