silencer shortening?

thats not WRONG its just all the info i no.....i dont no if it gives better power but i do no it looks cooler and sounds louder/different

SILENCER
Silencers come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. A long silencer with a small diameter enhance the low to mid power because it increases the bleed-down pressure in the pipe. A silencer with a short length and a large core diameter provides the best bleed-down pressure for a high rpm engine. Too much pressure in the pipe at high rpm will radically increase the temperature of the piston crown and could cause the piston to seize in the cylinder.

i win, copy and pasted from an article on 2 stroke tuning

yeah, didn't see the post till later, i know all about treed......i'm a bracket racer at the drag strip, i average about a .015 reaction time, put all those expensive race cars on the trailer hehe

mine was the old 96 eLUMINAtor, both my sister and i raced it in the Division ET finals, and I won one of my races and was runner up in the other. my best is a .002

driving a buddies car i was between .002-.008 every round at one race, car ran within .01 of itself, makes winnin EASY
