should i change the main jet ?

i have a bit of a dilema, my carb has a 240 main but i don't know if that's gonna cut it. i only have 240,340,350, and a 360 main jet, which jet should i use with my mods?fmf gold series header,reeds spacer, k&n outwear filter, fmf power core 2 silincer, wiseco prolite piston .50 67.25mm, and i polished my reed cage, but i don't know if that makes a difference. should i stick with the 240 or go bigger ? any suggestions are appreciated.

Go bigger, but the 340 is to big. Try from 270-290, that k&n clamp on lets alot of air in.

your local shop should have single jets for $2-$5. Then you wont have to buy a whole expensive kit.
