Shock help

What do you guys think about this shock? Not sure what the plus 1 in his statement has to do with the shock. Perhaps it just changes the ride weight? Just want to make sure that this would be a good choice. The weight is good and I will be mostly trail riding. Thanks

He means it was on a swingarm that was 1" longer than stock length. That's the plus one he's talking about
