I worked on my blaster all last night to get it running and this morning I tried to start it and it wouldent and I heard a pop and I figured I sheered the key and I did so I put another one in there and it ran for a min and sheered it so I put another one in it and I was letting it warm up befor I went to go ride and it sheered it idling any ideas on what it could be

Awk hit it right on the head. I had the same exact thing happen during my first rebuild and once I lapped the flywheel everything was perfect.

ya when we put the wiseco crank in my bike it did the same thing but iv got one thing to complain about the wiseco crank yamaha wood ruff keys wont fit in the slot on the crank you have to file them down
