shearer pipe

i know they used to be sold on ebay. i would do some research on them before you go buying one, if you dont know the rpm they run at.
supposedly good low/mid pipes ???,
according to our former "snake oil salesman" kennedy,
i know of at least 2 peeps on here who had the silencer break off within a few rides,
very poorly made
and i believe jordan gibson ran one back when he was buffalo'd by kennedy too,
and losing races, WHEN his kennydoll crap ran at all
i think his shearer holds welding rods now
he now runs an fmf for the short mx track he runs

ive heard bad and seen bad pics but non from personal experience. Also thats so wierd he runs a fmf not many do.

im lookin for a different slip on and i was thinkin a t5 would be nice but didnt know much about the shearer.

T-5? You're talking about the Blaster, right? Toomey T-series pipes are for Banshee's.
If you need just a Toomey silencer for the Blaster, go to their website. They sell them separately in the parts section. You might also be able to score one off ebay if you look hard enough. Just remember, though, you're not gonna see a power gain by just replacing the silencer; you need the expansion chamber, too.

back when I had the blasty I ran that pipe. easily the best low to mid pipe and best throttle response period.
now quality wasn't the best and top end was flat but you can't have it all. all the other pipes have worse than stock low end even though noobs claim toomeys and power pros have lots of bottom mid and top. not true. Ive had them and a cpi as well. those pipes all are good but you have to be on the pipe and it isn't as rideable. all depends what your after.

Is there any truth that Fat Bastard is a re-branded Shearer? I have one and the power is almost exactly as 450 describes it.
