Shearer Custom Pipe Inc

You are using your own design and have Matt build them for you or are you the only dealer for the Blaster pipe that Matt builds?
I gave you a ring but got no answer.

I did a search for Kennedy Power Sports but didn't come up with anything. You are in Michigan right?

kennedy's good peeps man, he did my trail port and head work for me and the bike f*ckin rips balls now!
and he helped me out on the phone when i was rebuilding my bottom end and got stuck. he's def super smart w/ 2strokes and has genuine knowledge. books and saddle experience. i'll be buying the shearer pipe in the next week, so all you guys who're hesitant can keep an eye out for my review on it.

and that also means i'll be selling my f7 pipe shortly. thing is almost brand new, less than 15 hours on it.

I agree hes hooking me up with a 240 kit and porting it for me.
i will be buying a vitos fat bastard pipe, but not for a little while as the 240 kits gonna hold me back.

its a sexy biotch!! lmao im gonna have to beg for this one but i dont think ill get it chromed cause its too pricey

89's got a good question.....
i thought for a long time that a right bend pipe would be better flowing and suck harder, but now i'm not so sure.....
the more i learn about 2strokes, it seams that the angle of the cones would be more iimportant than the bends in it.....
what's your thoughts on it angus?

The cone angles in the pipe are important in combination with volume and length. A two-stroke engine doesn't see the turn in a pipe as a restriction since it is pressurized.
Thanks
Kennedy

ever get to dyno this pipe? i wanna see if im gonna get this pipe or a stroker next year..

i have used the shearer pipes alot i nthe past in fact i have owned them and on my wifes 04' blaster i ran one for about 6 months ,strong midrange power with excellent overrev as with most of matts pipes ,probably my only gripe would be that even with high compression and other goodies it had subpar lowend torque but thats the price you sometimes pay on such a small displacement single to get tthe power out of them
