Seized swing arm bolt!!! Help

Its really in there have tried to pound it out.

I know the torch part but where like wont you damage something up in the swing arm? And you almost need 2 torches on the thing to free it up dont know if its one side or the other

i had a swing arm bearing seize tothe bolt it took puting it onits side and a sledge hammer.it ruined the bolt and bearing but its out.
