so today at school im in math class and theres this annoying kid that no one really likes and hes always trying to intimidate me so today i was like ok lets fight right now and i was being somewhat sarcastic so he comes up and tryes to punch me in the face but misses so then i came back and hit him right in the eye lol and so just for defending my self i got 3 days suspension?? stupid i hate how just for defending yourself you get in trouble i mean what are you supposed to just stand there and get beat up wtf? sorry i had to vent
 
I once walked in on a 7th grader while he was on the crapper (I'm in 8th grade,and he or got to lock the door) and my principal called it harassment and I had 1 day in school suspension (iss) , know how u feel

never had a iss or suspension or even bus suspension yet.........

ok so 5 weeks ago week b4 thanksgiving i always save a seat for some friends on the bus. so i save the same seat eeryday so this annoying girl decides to sit there. when she knows i save it everyday btw this is the girl that nobody likes and makes jokes about so shes pretty self conscious. so she sits there and i'm like can you move i'm saving that seat. she says no puts her earbuds in and sings justin bieber baby so i gently GENTLY pull one out and said can you please move i'm saving this seat. (IN MY HEAD I'M LIKE ARE YOU DEAF) anyway she yells at me saying how come nobody wants to talk to me and i said idk.... anyway 6 days later i get called down to the vice principals office and he said since you havent gotten in trouble b4 and have all A'S and B'S he said i have to sit. in the very first seat and he said i am up there to further notice... so 2 weeks ago he waited on me and hid in a seat behind us and my buddy i pulled him into my seat and i had my hand on his shoulder pulling him in. and he says why aren't we keeping our hands to our selves i explained so apparently tht was back talking and i have 4 days next week till christmas vacation so i'm just pissed how he treats me like this and i complained to the bus driver she said that she thinks he is wrong for ddoing this. so she talks to him and he says i am trying to prove a point to this school tht you are not allowed to do this kind of stuff and i'm like why me what the hell did i do to you!?!?!?!?! well i am going to have a word with him monday if i get in trouble which i wont because my mom knows the principle cause he was her band teacher........... i hate my school

My daughter is barely 5 ft tall and weighs 100 pounds soaking wet and has NEVER EVER been in trouble . There was this girl bullying her for over a year. She told all her teachers, went to the office at least once a week to report it, my wife and I also went to the school more then once to make them aware and the school didn't do anything. They finally got in a fight ( I saw the school video, the girl punched my daughter across a table, my daughter just stood there, the girl walked all the way around the table and punched her again, this time my daughter fought back and got the best of her and the end result ? Both got suspended for a week. Schools suck. Back when I went to school only the person that started the fight got in trouble.

School does suck... This year I was in art class washing my hands and this kid turns around and pushes me for no reason. I pushed him back while tripping him at the same time. He got up and tried to fight me and I just held him against the table because I can't get in much more trouble and I got suspended for 3. Days
 
When I was in middle school, all of the Gym teachers used to tell us what kids were like back in the 50's + 60's. If 2 kids had a problem with each other, the principal would take them both into the gym, give them boxing gloves and helmet, and gave them 1 minute to beat the hell out of each other. Kept violence down in the school.

HIB laws in our school

Harassment intimidation and bullying, basically, if you get reported for HIB, ur f*cked. goes through courts, get expelled, and wont get back into any other schools in NJ.
 
HIB laws back when i was in school too,
if all else failed...Hit In Balls !!!
 
yuppp it sucks..... such a PITA when u get called on it too...

it was BAD in the beginning of last year. kids were getting called down to the oppfice like 20 at a time cause ppl were just calling HIB on themn cause they hated them.... really sad.
