school me on an extended swingarm.

ok if i bought the extended swingarm off ebay ( eBay Motors: YAMAHA BLASTER Extended Swingarm yfs200 atv Swing arm (item 320252187694 end time May-24-08 05:20:32 PDT)) what else would i need for it to work properly? do i need a new chain? please any advice would be greatly appreciated. and im new to this so whats a good store to buy parts from? i have ordered from chaparal? and everything was fine but what are some more good ones?I:I

I have that swing arm on my Blaster, it's a QUALITY product!
You'll need a longer chain and brake cable, and it doesn't have any "captured" nuts on it so you'll need some bolts too, you'll be able to get it at any place that sells bolts, the bolts are nothing fancy.

do you think i can get a link to the extended brake lines and chain that i need for a 6 inch extended swingarm? i have never delt with this stuff yet. thanks wrench man

I know Motion Pro makes a longer cable...I just ordered a +4" one off ebay for $36.00, however I am unsure if they make a +6" one. If anything at all visit Welcome To The BlasterZone and buy a hydro brake system.

Yeah Motion Pro only makes a +4 rear brake cable. I am also running the swingarms shop +4 on mine. It is a great arm for the price you can not beat it! Solid as a rock!
