Rust on tranmission components

little bit of rust on a crankshaft, bearings
This is my first time i took apart an tranmission before, my dad doesnt really help he just yells at me.

Surface rust on some components should present no problems, but the taper for the flywheel must be spotless.

Steel wool or green pot pad should remove the rust, do not use abrasive paper.

If the bearing internals show any sign of rust they must be replaced.

should i remove the rust right before i reassemble it?
so the tranmission fluid is keeping it rustless?

yep, and also when my dad yells at me for working on stuff or making a mess i just say, would you rather me be out doing drugs like most teenagers?? works everytime
