rt 180 question

im working on a rt 180 not sure what year but I was gonna do a leak test on it and I was wondering what psi I need to use

I would think 7 should be good. Do 6 just do be safe.

its not my bike its my buddies im fixing it for him the idler gear dident have any clips holding it on so it was just sitting there so I had some off of a blaster I used and there is saw dust in the brake master cylinder so I have a blaster master cylinder on there for now

iv git another question the bike will only go into 1 2 3rd gear and it has no clutch when you start it up and try to go into 1st it pops the frontend up a lil and stalls the only thing I can think it can be is the acuator
