Hey guys my dad want's me to ask a stupid question. Will my bike ride funny if I use a steel rim and an aluminum .125 DWT rim on the front, that are the same in every way? I dont really want to have to buy one after I fixed it best as I could. Checked the TP was about 11 in one and 6 in the other fixed that with 7lbs in both. Unbent the dent out of the other one he says he feels bad vibrations I dont. and now he's hounding me to find a new rim. What do you guys think. Tell him to suck it up.

so wait, you have one steely and one alloy rim at the front? i wouldnt ride my bike like that, my brother's 450 had that setup when he got it and gave the shudders at high speed! besides it looks uuuugggly!

All wright I'll tell him no. BTY I have the 2 Aluminun .125 rims he just wanted to know if cheeper steel was an option. Cause he's a sphincter about quality and price. I'm pretty confident I wont have any more problems with them thanks.

alot of guys use steel wheels up front. i have wanted to bet aluminum but i feel that steel will hold up better. some of the cheaper aluminum wheels bend very easy. u cant find good used steel wheels dirt cheap most used aluminum wheels are bent cracked or rashed pretty bad. i would not make it a habit of running one steel and one aluminum on the same axle but in a pinch it should be OK. as for vibration tell your dad its a Quad not a Cadillac
