Right tire angled in?

It looks like the top of my tire is angled in can I correct this?

It looks like the top of my tire is angled in can I correct this?

That is the top of his tire, the camber, not the toe in. Tie rod adjustment will not do it.
Camber is not adjustable on a stock Blaster, something is bent, so I am all ears for suggestions...
If it were a bent A-arm it would be easy. Often it is the frame tweaked slightly.
If you can correct the camber all would be good.
