Sparkplugs, Gasket set, chain and torque wrench adapter are all here.
Cylinder was finished today and is on the way back with wiseco piston kit & bearing.
The cylinder is only honed .20 over so it has a lot of life left.
Hopefully the cylinder is here saturday so I can get this thing running.

Still waiting on banshee shocks, air filter and oil block off kit

Tore into the blaster today since the weather was so nice.
Installed OP blockoff kit and new chain.
Removed the parking brake cable and found some more parts which need to be replaced.
Ordered upper & lower chain rollers, rear brake cable which eliminates the handle parking brake and the brake blockoff plate.

Pics up soon.

I'll be happy when I can pressure wash the wheeler. Pressure wand froze and cracked so I couldn't wash it before taking it apart..

Working on the blaster:
Rear lifted to install chain

Had a problem with knocking, found out it was related to the sh*tty tors and causing the idle to be super rich.
Pics tomorrow when she is cleaned up and plastics put back on.

Update:
Bottom end ended up crapping out a few hours after replacing top end. Top end was bored too much in the middle of the cylinder causing the gap between piston and cylinder wall to be too large and out of spec also. Needless to say it needed to be fully rebuilt.

Engine was rebuilt, ported, vitos +3 stroker crank and head reshaped. New bore and wiseco piston kit also.
I must say Colby did a very nice job and ive seen his work in person on other machines and theyre beast.

Also, installed a 400ex rear shock, custom air box and intake for 34mm PJ and the 03+ headlight.

Routed the intake to the stock airbox and cut a plug to fill the hole in the bottom to help support the intake/carb and reduce water splashing the filter. I dont ride in mud/water but there are many shallow creek crossings where I live.

2" pipe coming from carb. I used a 22.5° bend to get it around the shock

Traced the metal ring into a bucket lid and cut it out accordingly.

Took a look at where the pipe was and traced an approx location. Note the hole will not be perfectly round since the plug is at an angle. It will be more of an oval but you get the idea.

Once it was trimmed and fit well I bolted them together. I thought about doing a JB weld around it to make it water proof but decided it was best not to because water could get trapped inside the airbox..
Filter should be here in the next few days. Using a 54mm cone filter from a motorcycle.

Once you motor is out the rest of the bike is pretty easy to tear down for the rebuild. what colors you doin? or you just doin a recoat on what paint you have.

I didnt want to paint the frame yet, I have a atc I am working on painting and my working space is limited.
This thing is a beast! Colby did an amazing job on the engine! Highly recommended. Been working on getting the carb tuned for the passed few days. It is finally running decently on a 34mm PJ with 165 main and 40 pilot with the needle clip all the way at the lowest setting. The air screw is a couple of rotations out. Before it was wanting to bog and backfire with larger pilots and the needle clip at leaner settings.

The clutch is already about toast so I will need to be replacing it once I get some more funding. This project was well worth the time/money as this thing RIPS.

I def want to get some videos soon.

BTW: One of the Powersports parts suppliers I went to for jets said "I'd be highly surprised if you got that thing running at all with that LARGE of a carb on it, I'm not trying to discourage you but ive seen it attempted many times".... Lol at that fat prick
