Ok, I am installing a new piston this weekend and keeping stock pipe and stock filter and reeds and going with FMF powercore 2 muffler. I have new jets a 240 and 35 will this work with my setup?????

that sounds pretty good since you are going to be running the stock headpipe, but doing a plug chop to be certain only takes a minute

i dont see the need for a bigger pilot with only a fmf silencer

Ok, sounds good I will try only the main first to see whats up.

You probably wont notice much of a sound difference with just the silencer. I tried the same thing and the sound was almost the same..
