Rebuild of the blastersaurus

Thanks man. Does that jetting seem close for a 38mm?

155/50 is a good starting point. You had better luck with the 48 pilot last time so go with it. You know them well enough to know if the pilots lean right away. If you have any questions you know how to get me :)

Nice looking rims and tires!!! The rings look nice polished . No need for PC till you ding them up :)

I like the white plastic. that's what I want to run on mine when I get it done. did the rear come from the same place?

Got the rear wheels cleaned up and mounted the tires. Front rims will be going back though. The bike has a complete 250r front end and I ordered blaster front wheels!

Now Woody's bike is getting 250r hubs, spindles, disks, and dual piston calipers so he can use the Baja rims that were on mine. Confused yet??:D

We already ordered all the 250r stuff. He wanted dual piston calipers. Polished calipers were $150 and $40 for hubs, spindles, and discs.

Got the rear wheels on, made a bracket for the nerf bars, got the rear sprocket on, and put on the brake line clamps. A bunch of pics. Had to paint the banshee hubs.

Better pic. I like the black sprocket. It breaks everything up some.

Just use the spindles hubs and calipers. I will take pics when I put them on Woody's bike.

I was considering trying the 250r front set up but didn't know if the spindles would fit and line up correctly.

I like that sprocket hub btw..

one suggestion. run those stator wires forward and up under the nose and get rid of all those zip ties. i had did this to mine. the only wires i had going towards the back of the quad was the 2 coil wires. those ran under the tank and you couldn't see them anyway. it is a lot cleaner look.
