Great state of Maine
I just got the kit to rebuild my rear master cylinder and got everything apart, cleaned it spic and span and put it back together, the piece that looks like a large screw thing with the rubber seal on the end. when i put that piece in it fits fine until the "concave" end gets almost inside then it get very tight and almost impossible to push in, when I get it in the piece doesn't return like it should or like I think it should and cannot figure it out for the life of me.

the inner cylinder of the master still needs cleaned some, maybe a light honing with some wet sandpaper, worked for me on the only gsxr master i had to rebuild, and are you lubing it when assembling ???? if it's dry it may "hang up"

I did lube it up when I was assembling it, I will try to hone out the cylinder to get it to slide in, by the way hom much it the kit that you make and what does it include?

payment received, ordered your parts, awesome brakes within 2 weeks !!!!!!
