So in my rebuild of my blaster, I assembled the rear axle (g-force) and carrier (rad), tightened the axle nut, and when I went to put the brake caliper on, it's not fitting at all. Any help is appreciated.

thats a 88-02 rad carrier, same as the 2 i have.
are you trying to mount 03+ hydro brakes onto it ?
if so, that doesn't work on stock pre 03 carriers, and it's not going to work on the rad either.
it's designed for the cable caliper, and i even had to space my gsxr mount over about 3/8", yet it bolts right onto a stock pre 03 carrier ?

if thats a cable caliper ?
looks like you need to grind off those spacers to center the caliper

The rear brake disc hub slides on splines and will move left to right. Will it move to the right more?

you don't need that outer spacer on the tusk/g-force axle when using it in a pre 03 carrier with floating disc
it appears that un-needed spacer is keeping the disc/dust boot from moving out far enuf

what you have does look to be correct according to this thread i posted when going thru the headache of switching my axle spacers around from 03+ to pre 03 setup........

do you have that spacer with the cupped side facing out over top of the c-clip ?
there really is no need for any of that beyond the disc, it can't come off that way, and is trapped by the caliper
