I feel you are going to be saddened, I know no way of extending shocks.

But where there is a will there is a way.

Maybe you could use a Diamond lowering kit upside down, and use spacers to pack out the mountings.

You may not end up with enough travel though.

damn that sucks. as for the mounting area being too skinny, those should have came with mount bushings for that purpose.

you would hae to make new mounts on either the frame or the a arms to make them work and have a decent ride height.

Ha yes i do have the right size a arms he said they were for a blaster turns out they are for flat track and works said about to 250 to make them the right size if all the internals check out

I'd find out what they are for from works, and sell them then buy the right ones!

^^^^^^ bingo!

Stock Blaster & Banshee shocks are 14.5" if I remember correctly. A little late now, but when buying shocks you need to know (1) length eye to eye (2) how heavy a rider they were set up for and (3) condition. Buying used shocks is a roll of the dice on the best of occasions, but keeping aware of these three factors will help you minimize the risk of ending up with unusable shocks......again ;)

Good luck!

i know this post is late . Maybe they are for a suzuki quadracer i know the earlier ones (85/86) ran short front shocks. or have you sold them already ??
