ur good man, it always trips up noobs. best thing to do is experiment on the track and see how ur adjustments alter handling. when ordering custom tailored race shocks they will ask what class rider u are.. they do this to know how stiff they can go with the valving, slow shocks mean faster lap times but also sacrifices comfort and plushness .. for example if a pro used suspension set up for a beginner rider he would be grately limited in lap times since he wouldnt be able to go all out to the the suspension being too fast, a slower beginer rider with suspension set up for a pro will be unable to ride at their own pace because of the valving being much to slow for the low speed they ride at making them feel like they are riding on solid struts
