Rad Valve Intake Boot

Just picked up a Bysen Rad Valve. Looks like it needs a intake boot though and sice I got it used I did not get one with it.

Any one got one?

what style is the rad valve? one style uses a simple silicone adapter and one uses a stock intake boot. got any pics of it??
