Question about 240 Kit.

only 40hp? seems a lil low for all that money, hell a vitos ported with pipe and carb can do better than that...

Add some decent porting and that cylinder will out perform pretty much any blaster cylinder on the market.That 40hp is whith ct's mild all around bolt on port job.

youll need to extensivley mod that vitos kit and then cut the head replace the scrap piston get vforce reeds new gaskets new manifold for a bigger carb and a host of other issues to comptete with this kit .sure its possible to break 40 true rear wheel hp but your looking at a peak numbers not the potential curve (thats what wins races) and dynos are jsut a tool they can be maniplutaed they vary from shop to shop and bike to bike day to day in the real world that means nothing.basicly the kit is 932 $ from la sleeve you get al lthe goodies youl l want and need besides the carb itslef theres a giant a 250r intake box * triple exhaust thats much better designed than vitos ,you get huge boysen ports in that intake like on a 250r yo u get the extra crankcase volume more transfer area bigger exhuast tract and sub ports better thicker sleeve more cooling cpacity /fins yo uget a new manifold a new 250r reed cage with carbon reeds a head already race cut and desigend for best results you get the best quality gaskets bearings and custo m made forged piston ,its top notch stuff and has alot of R&D involved and after porting it really comes alive

is the 250r reedcage better than a blaster vforce3? or would it be even better to get that kit then get vf3's made for 250r to fit?

$1k is steep but if thats the last upgrade/mod i'd need to buy it would be a worthy investment

a 250R vage is way huge compared to a vforce blaster reed cage , sure its pricey but anything worth having is lol and by the time your done modding the vitos and all the components(better piston cut head intake reeds ect.) it would probably be within a hundred or two of the la sleeve kit, I wil lsay the vitos can be made to rip though. good things are seldom cheap ..and cheap things are seldom good
