putting tires on rims.

Hi guys i got my rims today and looking to put my razr 2 tires on.


any guys have any ideas how to do it without scratching rims and without a machine.

not paying like £30/$50 to get them put on by shop.

have tire levers but not sure how to do it without scratching them (too much)

I can tell you from experience that mounting quad tires is a s.o.b. I bought a tire installing tool from harbor freight for like $40 when I got my new tires, needless tp say I returned it the next day and brought them to a shop. If you remove the old tires from the rim a shop should only charge half price just to instal the new tires. That was the case for me anyway.

This or simular:Murphy Oil Soap
They used to have a concentrate that was thick as grease, lube the bead up good. put a rag between rim and tool. Ratchet strap or redneck to seat bead.

just going to put them into a shop as found a place thats reasonable price. just fitting the tires as i got new tires so just to put them on the new rims

lots of soap, some help and some insulation tape around the irons.
