I got it tig welded and the aluminum got hot and burnt me......boho
I also started to try to cut the teeth.........

sweet dude, i'm likin it, i have a good tooth idea, like take a flat peice of aluminum and cut sone teeth all in a row and bend them back to curve and make 2 longer then the rest like fangs

I cant decide if the fangs need to get longer or the teeth need to get shorter or leave it alone.....:-/ And i cant decide on the space between the teeth, 1st pic is closer together the 2nd pic is farther apart...:-/

Any advice?????????

to give you my honest opinion i think it just looks goofy, if it was me its just put mesh behind it.....the teeht just look goofy to me, but to each his own and if you like then thats all that matters

I'd wait and make the bottom set put it together then decide. If it were me I'd have the teeth sticking out a little like / / / | \ \ \ but of course diff sizes. -slick

I made the fangs longer, and put 4 teeth between the top fangs, and 2 teeth between the bottom fangs to offset the top and bottom fangs. Now i have to cut some more teeth to put on the outside of the fangs..

I did some welding today, and ran out of argon, so im not done......
It was way to hot today for welding!!!
