Project scrap bumper

I think it looks sweet.You do some nice fab work.I agree it could move out an inch or two.Either way you did a great job!!
 
yep a good inch or 2, also, what are u gonna use for teeth

I want to make the teeth out of alum tubing cut at a angle, but i don't know if i wll have enough leftover from the nerf bars. So i might shear some 1/8 or 3/16 alum plate into triangles and tig them on...
 
On friday i moved it out over 2'' and started to fab up the two upper tubes that go from the bumper to upper frame mount, and i hung it with some tape.

I think i will move the top in about 1'' to 1 1/2'' :-/

Yesterday I moved the top in about 1 1/2'' and re cut the tubing.
Today I tig welded the tubing and upper mount together.

On friday i cut a steel plate to use to clamp the top of the bumper together...
