whats the best way to get a bit more power with out spending crazy money and it must be aveilable Ireland in or to get on ebay or to get from the UK

im F**king only 13 i cant get a bigger quad 
my parents jst got me dis in da summer
find a local engine builder, have them do some minor porting, a head cut, do the +4 timing mod, a pipe and a bigger carb.
if you are cheap do this.
+4 timing - free there is a DYI thread
milled/cut head - $50ish
pipe - $100-$350 (depending on pipe)
jet carb - depends on how many jets you buy.
this will awaken your little beast.

i want a toomey b1 but there a bit pricey but some one told that if i just get an other pipe and use the toomey b1 muffler it will still work but is he right or am i better with the whole toomey package
if thats what you want to do go ahead but the head pipe is where the power is made not the silencer.
Pipe, reeds, jetting, timing mod. This question has been asked many many times before. Search button at the top of screen would answer this ?
