Best one I know of is the one that works in my ride!!! I was liking the sounds of the Barnett, any reason you don't like them? I haven't done anything except replace the stock disc pack before. With a little luck I think that 240 is gonna want a new clutch...

yeah barnett make in my opinion the best clutch around but i just dont know about basket thats why i made this pool
hinson is pretty much the Worx bikes standard equipment, so anything hinson or made by hinson is best IMO
Guess the big question was actually answered. nobody replaces there basket till it is too late. by then then no longer need friends in forums. Can't even respond to pool that could help the masses. Have always liked Barnett clutches myself. does ebc make clutches for blasters? Alway keep a set of ebc's for each bike just in case need a quick, cheap change on the road. sorry to get off topic, but i'm curious

my vote is for hinson. i changed clutch and basket when i got a 240 and have had no problems with either. just changed my crank seals and clutch basket still looked like new..
