Looks great, maybe a LITTLE rich but only a "safe" type rich not pig rich. What jetting did you end up with?

I'm runnin a 160 main with pretty close to that set up and a 45 pilot i think.

were you able to get it to idle with that carb?

I'm having issues once its warmed up. It'll idle just fine then quit. ??

I could lean mine out a little but I will sacrifice a little Performance for safety and longer lasting motor, u should be good to go I'm around 900 or so.

Yeah, I'm not gonna mess with it. But I will have to when I get my airbox, lol I:I
I also need to play with my pilot and needle settings.
