My set up is a 240 Vito's, K&N box, full exhaust not sure on the brand, Vforce reeds, Kenda claw MXR tires on douglas rims, Sprocket to mach tire size, front bumper, and no lights at all.

Here it is:

also if possible, i can not figure out how to get my drag pipe on my blaster.
DRZ pipe, am i missing a piece?

here is the blaster now:

That last pic, pipe looks to be a Vito's Fat Bastard Pipe.

As for the RDZ Drag Pipe, I'm almost certain thats the way they mount up. Looks normal to me.

Not sure on the carb. I'm thinking its off another 2 stroke ATV, say an LT250, Quadzilla, or a TRX250R. I could be wrong though.....

Its not stock, thats the problem, i have the stock one in a box at home. I THOUGHT it was a mikuni 28mm, and it IS a flatside. being the carb that pulls the wall up and down? The pipe that is on it is a full exhaust so thanks for the ID on that, and the pink blaster has it installed correct? that is not my bike. does it just mount on? Also it runs like crap, at one pint in the summer it actually spat some oil out the pipe. I have a place near where i work that can tune it for possibly free for me.

I just goto get this running again and im lost >.<

stock carb the choke pulls out, not up like in that pic, my 34mm pj pulls up like that, but i also see an extra port with the rubber cap, like an oil injection port ????
prolly off another carb that had oil injection

see if you can find some numbers

If that isn't a stock carb it would either be an old 2s enduro or possibly a injected sno-mo. it can't be much larger than stock cause it still has stock air boot from air cleaner.
If it is from a sno-mo that could be the problem. They use a different float needle/seat because of fuel pump, plus just different tuning. Did (does) it run? What's it doing?

Used to have a bad bogging in the low end, poor idle, had to rev to keep it running, spat some oil once, floods (had to tip the bike over and POUR gas out of the sparkplug hole, like a quart of gas), got a lil smokey but thats just 2 stroke, and she dont like starting unless its not humid. im in florida, bike is at home, so in about a week ill get all the info.

All i want to do is get it running and stable, then TRY to get it near 50 horsepower to the wheels. thanks guys.

Man >.< im almost at the point were i rip everything off, put the stock carb on (the "other one") clean it all out, and then run it fresh.

I run about 100 octane, with castrol 2 stroke high performance (prolly for snowmobile engines) but works GREAT!

I am absolutely stuck, if i could pay someone to use all my parts to make it as fast as possible with those parts and running as stable as it can get i would pay just about whatever it would take.

any chance the carb is a stock banshee carb? also i wanna see more of your dragger, whats all done to the motor???

I think I'm missing something here....

The first picture is of a Mikuni VM26 taken from the right side with an oil injection delete rubber nipple cap on it. The choke pulls out from the left side and cannot be seen

The second picture is a picture of RDZ racing's mockup blaster with a PWK35.

The third picture is a pic of a blaster with a Vito's FB pipe and you cannot see the carburetor....

It looks like he is asking about the carb in the first picture and that is stock
Second picture is of his other blaster with the drag pipe.
Third picture is of the blaster with the carb that is in question.
At least I think so lol.

the pink blaster is a demonstration of the drag pipe (not mine) the 1st pic is the carb in question, the 3rd is my 1989 blaster with no front fenders. and that has all the posted mods.

Would any of you suggest putting on the 28mm car opposed to the stock one with my set up? being the reed valves and 240 bore with exhaust?
