So I Just Picked Up A 1995 Blaster ,

Problems: Are It Doesnt KICK START , Put It Run Starts
Doesnt Feel Like Its Moving Up To The Potential ,
I Have New Sparks. I Cleaned The Air Filter Yesterday, ( It Had Tones Of Oil or Trans.Fluid On & In It ) Everything Is Stock . I didnt Take The Carb Apart Yet.
My CHOKE Doesnt Stay Out , When I Pull .

& Another Question What Goes In The
White Tank Under The Seat It Says "Motor Oil But What Kind?" &
What Kinda Gear Oil By The Kickstart.? (Im Thinking This Blaster Has Been Sitten For A GOOD WHILE)

ANSWERS PLEASE.!!!:-/

That tank under the seat is your 2 stroke oil that mix with the gas. I would get rid of it and pre mix. Do a compression test, leak down test and check your jetting. Do not ride till you are sure everything is correct.

Thanks, & Is There Anything You Pour brake Fluid In.? My Brakes Are Not Working , Or Could You Teach me How To Tighten , Should I Clean The Dirt off The Back Axle & Caliper.?
Also What Goes In The Case On Top Of The Throttle I Know The Throttle Cord Is In There I Took It Apart In It Was DESSERT DRY, Lol.

I:I Welcome to our little dirt pile :D
BD7 has most of i covered. The search function works great here. Also, if you have a foam filter it must have a little oil on it to catch the dirt. If you aren't realy mechanical leave the injector for now and just get some good injector oil from local shop or here Yamalube 2-S | Oil and Chemicals | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Pro Honda GN2 Injector Oil | Oil and Chemicals | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Take your pick for trans Oil and Chemicals Transmission Oil | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC or any motor oil WITHOUT friction modifiers / wet clutch compatible, or ATF type F. Put a fresh plug in? NGK br8 heat range. If and when you go to pre-mix do not use weedwacker, outboard, etc. ONLY oil for air cooled motorcycle. I:I

You put in new "sparks" ??
Sounds like twin cylinder talk to me !

Just start reading, searching. Boatloads of info here. Mods (modifications) are only limited to $$$ (or imajination, fabrication skills) or both.

First thing you need to do is either buy a Clymers repair manual or the download is in general or DIY section.
Go to BOTM section and read the specifications (specs) of some builds, check the DIY. Screw it, just read EVERYTHING, then we'll answer Qs :o I:I J/K :D
