So if intake off the air box lid I would have to go up probably like to a 235 instead of the stock 230

after you rebuild it do a proper break in/heat cycles. let it warm up to proper running temp while doing so vary the rpms then let it cool down to cold. and do about 4 or 5 times. then take it easy no w.o.t right away for a long period of time. also with proper jetting. and befor every ride warm it up to proper running temp.
