Mock-up stage. still waiting for my elkas, balljoint from Jim at Diamond, and bushings from him as well. Gonna see how it all fits up, weld some places, tabs for rear brake, install the 250r tcs rear shock, and some powdercoating.
Also need race plastics, or just plastics in general, mine are trashed...

Here's some pics of what I did tonight, keep in mind it's going back apart and getting refinished.

parts installed, rad bearing carrier, g-force axle, and some other small stuff. still can't get the modquad slider to fit over the dust gaurd on the swing-arm.

If you see anything crooked, besides plastics, just tell me.

ur C clip is off on ur axle....but maybe u have it like that soo u can take it back apart again??

yuppers. Anyone know the length of the 2 caliper mounting bolts on an 03-06 blaster? Thread, pitch, etc. Need to pic up a couple.

update, doing an 07 yfz rebuild for roomie, my spare room + Rommies, haha... needs new carpet...

lots of new parts, roomie/friend got alittle hammered, helped me out alot, but ripped the base gasket on the freshly ported 240bb.... arrrg, he paid for it, but it's cool. just wanted to post some pics of how the build is going.
