I am new to this site, I am also 14 and doing my own blaster flat track rebiuld (with a little help form my dad) so it will need to be wider and Lower to be safe turning at 20mph.we are going widen and lengthen it about 6" all the way around. I alsk had some money from mowing lawns so i sent the entire frame and suspension to powder coat. Here are some pics. received_1449044495405478.jpeg this is a banshee +2 axle witch ended up being about 6" wider than stock blaster axle. This axle was only $120 vs. $400 or $500 for a blaster +6 axle. Also these wheels are itp aluminum wheels with I think 1" offset. Total width is 48"
This is before. I was messing around with ride height. I still have to put the engine back together. (The piston blew a part and went into the crank case and caused alot of damage to the crank.)

This is now I have a little more work to do like put together the engine and put the electrical on. 20150727_124532.jpg 20150727_124524.jpg 20150727_124517.jpg still waiting on front tires to come in. Bought some black plastics/body for it. PS. I have done all the work tearing it down and putting all back together.

Welcome. Great job on grabbing the bull by the horns and digging right in. The more you do by yourself, the more you learn.
