Hey guys, I was wondering which plug to get for my blaster. Its bore over .090 making it heat up abit fast I guess? and i pull my first plug out after rebuild (2 tanks running 30:1ish) because i have to keep kicking 10+ times for cold start up then it eventually bogs down till it cuts out and my plug is black so it means its filed.? Should i run a 8 or a 9 plug? or is it a special plug I need to pick up since its such a huge bore.

the heat range # of a plug ..... 7,8,9 ect. determines what temperature the porcelien/tip of the plug runs at, to ward off fouling.
it has nothing to do with the overall temp the engine runs at.

if the stock b8es plug isn't sufficient to keep from fouling, easily start and keep the engine running, i'd say you have other problems, carb, airleak, ignition, spark ect.
it'd be best to find and cure the cause, not put a band-aid on it with an alternate heat range plug
