parting out a 99 blaster

Motor 275 shipped. Comes with all electrical, carb and throttle. Has vitos oil block off, and new weisco piston kit. Lost compression and i dont have time to mess with it.

if the tires on the front are good i may want them too, are they holeshots? cant see that close? no dents in the rims? you can text my phone at 231-884-0522. or you can private message me with more details, i need to know the price shpped to 49688, both front tires and rims if they are in good condition.
also your seat if you would include that with the tires it looks to be in good condition, no holes? i dont want it if it has any holes at all thow.
