what does everyone have invested in their blasters? time and or money wise. just wondering since I have a lot invested in mine so far and it isn't even a roller yet. I have been building mine since last November (2013) payed $200 for the roller. trade value for the donor bike was $1500 And with all the small parts and time in making, welding and fab time, total so far is around $3000.

Oh boy. lol I do not even want to know how much I have into all my blasters. Lets just say I could go buy a brand new fully loaded top of the line duramax for what I have into them.

I haven't kept track of how much money I put into it. I know its a good bit less then what it could be thanks to members on here hooking me up with great deals. As for time into my Blaster ? Huge and still adding up. My Blaster has given me more then I ever thought. Like this forum and the good friends I made on it. The thrill of being on the hunt for that part you want and finding a great deal on it. It has went from just wanting some info on a Blaster to a lifestyle. In the beginning , I would have never thought I would get so much joy being on a forum sharing my interest of a Quad. This was the first forum I ever joined and has opened a whole new world to me. I just don't know how to put a value on that.

i priced out all the parts on my blaster and it was close to 5grand

good thing for 1/2 priced used parts on ebay :)
i priced my parts new.........$6600
i'm sure i forgot a few, and that does not include any labor, paint/powdercoat/anodizing, or original $700 for the blaster.

I think around 2500 for me. I have no idea on time...

I looked up all the parts once on ebay (new) cost 3000-3500

And who would want one of those???

Makes me sick to my stomach to think about time and money. I know I have a lot of both. It's all worth it when it's time to ride though.

I have more time, blood, sweat, a few tears, and emotional investment in my Blaster than anything else. Monetary wise, I probably have around $ 5K invested...including the original $ 1000.00 I paid for it....but its invaluable to me. I've had my 2005 Blasty since 2009, and it has endured being wrecked, ridden hard, left out in the rain, fought over, left in pieces for 8 months, and finally rebuilt to better than ever condition with the help of my wife. Got a lot of good memories with my ride and plan on making a whole lot more

I priced all my parts off msrp so thats why I have a big number. Too bad you never get back what you put on when you sell em.

I Bought my 04 Blaster a month ago with some mods for $700. Ive spent that much or more in additional parts to get it right !;)

For something you love to do time and labor cost nothing. I bought mine 3 months ago for 900 not knowing anything about them. Now my motor is in pieces and I get excited whenever I order or receive a new part. I've been on other forums(my boat) where people try to make you feel small for trying to gather knowledge. I must say this forum rocks and I appreciate all the people out there who are BLASTIN'! I'm gonna ride that thing til the wheels fall off, or my boys do! Oh and I'm about 1500 in and still counting!
