I got an 05 yfz 450 (with a $4k motor) for free.

Same thing happened to this motor and the dude took it to a shop and spent $4k on a 480 Athena big bore motor.

Why did an athena big bore cost him 4k??? I build them for people for 350 labor and they buy the kit. Thats not even 1k. I just built one 2 weeks ago.

Then took the guy out riding and showed him that 480 big bores arent fast.
