Oil Injector & YFZ parts

Alrigghtty! when I take of the little gears from the oil injector pump and cut the lines connecting to the pump, what do i seal them with? vacuum seal? same for the carburetor oil port thingy? anddd I want to scavenge everything i can from this guys YFZ 450, someone want to take a look at all this and tell me what i might be able to use?
