guys.. looked at my exhaust and oil drips out of it and it tends to smoke a bit more than normal id say.. i dont wanna put a block off kit on but i supposed its more reliable than having the oil injection on.. any tips to turn the oil injection down or is there no valve for it?

i think a little build up is pretty common, at least on my blaster, i tend to run mine a little rich this cold time of year though, your oil injection is not variable, it runs on a gear, it only pumps as much oil as the gear tells it too, mixing gas is just another chore but it's alot better than wondering if you getting any oil at all or rebuilding instead of riding, pretty cheap insurance in my book

true, im debating weather to put a block off kit on this spring because i ride it alot in the winter here, u can only go through 3 ft of snow so far haha

You won't regret putting on that blockoff kit. I don't like trusting my engine's top end to a $ 5.00 plastic gear which is prone to breakage at any time. The kit goes on (fairly) easily and is worth doing.

When you pre-mix, you can be sure that the fuel/oil ratio is correct. And as long as the engine is running, you know it is getting the proper amount of oil.

Your Injector has 2 settings that you cant change i was told. one for idle and one for riding. When your at idle you use less fuel so it feeds less oil. But while your riding it provides more to assure you get enough. It pumps the same amount of oil in with the gas if your in 1st 2nd 3rd 4th or 5th gear... It doesnt matter it still feeds the same amount... So if your going and putting around your yard in 1st or 2nd gear she isnt burning the mix fast enough. Its ok to putt around but open her up every now and then. Another way to tell how shes burning is cheack your plug. if she looks a little wet or gummed up your of coarse gonna get the smoke and she isnt going to run as good. Easiest thing to do is get the block off kit. Ill put a link down below my post. The block off kits good because you can make your own mix. A lot of guys say they change their mix but i run 32:1 all the time... Guys say they go off smoke to mix, but screw that your killing your self if you run not enough... good luck...
