my blaster doesnt seem like its using enough oil and he light for it is staying on, could it be the pump or somthing else?

i would just take off the oil injection and start pre mixing, you dont need it to fail and your motor will run on straight gas.

True statement. Best to just block that beast off and mix. Not worth the risk. Heck, by the time u mess with fixing it you could have bought a block off kit.

just do the block off kit. never have to worry about it again. the oil injection pump gear is plastic and the pump is unreliable. $30 for the kit now or you end up doing a topend rebuild possibly for $200 or more down the road. if you ever want to change anything like exhaust etc you will want to do it anyway because the pump won't know to pump More oil and you will be running lean and the motor won't last.

ok new question, i took the gear out and now i still have the lines hooked up. what will happen if i leave them hooked up?

Just plug the lines up with something.A blockoff kit comes with the plate and gasket to remove the gear alltogether and it comes with rubber plugs for the oil pump cover and carb.

yea, like everyone says buy the vitos oil injection block off kit, will save you from a rebuild AND the red light that stays on is for the tranny oil,if it stays on then most likely you need to put in more oil or change it,check by the side window under the tranny to see the oil level.

i just took the gear off, what i wanna know is if i leave the lines on. will it become a air leak?or cause anyproblems?

you need to plug all the lines. cut them short, and use small bolts to plug them. then there is a line going to the carb. you need to get a vaccume plug/ cap to plug that.[/QUOT

would silicone be better for the hoses going in the crank case?
