oil injection off

hey guys i want to take my oil injection off but i dont have a block off plate can i still do it with out the block off plate any info would be sweet guys thanks!:-/

or you can just take the plastic gear off and put the pump back on

alright i will check it out hey do i have to remove the kick starter and the case that says yamaha on the side never did this i guess u can c the gears or clutch plates!won't i have to get a new side cove gasket let me know guys thanks!

yeah you do have to take that off. as far as the gasket, i replace mine every time i take that cover off. but i guess if youre gaskets in good shape then re use it

sh*tty anything to take longer lol i have use carboard for gaskets like water pumps on cars works great to!so when i take the side cove off i will be able to c the little plastic gear!

i didn't remove the kick starter or anything just the small cover over the oil pump, pulled the pump off removed the gear and put it back in then i silconed the hole in the cover where the line ran threw and put a vacumn cap on the carb where the line attached. it's a piece of cake. my gaskets didn't rip when i took it apart so i just reused them with no issue

i removed mine but didnt cap off that carb thing. can that be why my blaster dont run right?

uhh yeah man, you are really lucky you havent blown it up, cap it off!!!!!
