I know there are many threads on the topic but i havent seen my ? answered so that's why i ask. I have ordered a vito's oil injection block off kit for my quad will i need to reject the carb when i install it? It's completly stock. Thanks.

i would suggest putting a new plug in when you do the block off and after a day of riding, just look at the plug and see the color of the tip. this will also help you with your premix ratio, if it is wet black, your premix is too rich, it the tip is black, your jetting is rich

Hey guys I asked the dealership about blocking off my oil injection an he said in less ur RACING it he said ya I would block it off but he ask me if I raced it an I said no so he said well u should keep it on in less ur racing lol he said that its FAIL PROOF is he right about that he said as long as ur oil jug is clean it should go for ever so that's my question cause I c everyone is taking there's off but mixing it all the time can be a pain I ride my blaster long hull cause the trails go for a while be for I get to the quary an i ride with my girlfriend on the back to!

Unless hes going to give you a written warranty with those claims id take it with a grain of salt.

This forum and the rest of the net is littered with pics and stories of that bullet proof nylon gear going to hell in a hand basket and running pure gas through the motor and seizing it quick fast and in a hurry.

Find another dealer he sounds like a dumb ass.

Well I can't get a block off kit but I can take the tank off an plug the hose from the carb an then take the pump out that's what I was thinking but there is a gear or something I guess u have to get not sure how to do that sounds like a b!tch lol!

Ok so what about that nylon gear that's behind the case is it saft to leave it there I don't think it will hurt the motor it would just burn it up I guess!

Im a stickler for the doing things the right way. Get the block off kit. Its cheap upgrade and will save you about $200-300 rebuilding your engine that seized due to goin half ass... Word!!!

I need more info I don't think my motor won't seize as long as its getting oil!cause were I am I can't get sh*t like that these people around here don't beleve in this stuff!not sure what to do lol!

I might have a place that might hook me up its called 725 MOTOSPORTS I just went past it on the highway looks to me like a performance atv place I will check it out if they can get me a oil block off kit I will let u guys know!:)

Hey guys I got an oil injection block off kit ordered got it from 725 motosports man an the guys there were like awsome for sure 46$bucks that's with taxs!so now how easy is it to take this cover off I guess I'm going to have to drain the gear fluid!an the kick start assembly like how hard is it to take out an put back in!an like when I take this side cover off will I have a bunch of stuff that's gona fall out first time doin this lol need some pointers!:!

Ya that's what I thought well I wanted to put new trans fluid in it any way for sure!but like when I take this cover off is there going to be sh!t that fall all over or will everything be intact!thanks for the info for sure!

the only thing that might come loose is the kickstart mech. but nothing is gonna jump out at ya. and the kicker is pretty ez to put back. plenty of treads on it.
