is there any advantage or blocking of the oil injection or do you only have to do it with other mods like raceing air boxs

the advantage is reliability, its a good insurance plan for the motor, and also you can experiment with different ratios and find a sweet spot mix for your motor
My 2000 quad ran cleaner after I disabled the oiling system and switched to 32:1 premixing. I've read that the stock system mixes at 20:1 and if this is true then it would explain why my engine ran crisper after the switch.
Yea its 20:1 stock.make sure you do this correctly and get it all don't. Be lazy or half ass it and just remove the pump.
