Never messed with nitrous on a small engine, but wouldn't injecting nitrous without injecting extra fuel cause you to run extremely lean?

need lots of extra fuel.. say ur running a 270 jet now.. dependng on size of shot..well say 25 hp show for sh*ts and giggles... would prb need 350 jet or bigger?????

If you jetted for the nitrous shot you would still be running rich as hell when not on the bottle right? Is there another way to inject more fuel without adding a fuel pump, so it would run correctly off the bottle too?

well i think it would be really cool if you could get nos for your blaster i have a site were they see nos for banshees and blasters for drag racing but am not for sure how it works lol

the expencive kit has a fuel pump and injector for extra fuel, im thinking of trying this cheapo kit on my 250x

that is what they call a dry system...it injects only nitrous oxide... dry systems are ok in small shots on cars where the cars computer can add more fuel... but on a carb engine like the blaster, i would think you would need a wet system, which injects nitrous oxide and the extra fuel needed to take advantage of all the extra oxygen. If you just shot straight nitrous into a blaster you would run way lean and it would not end well. I wouldnt run this system on a blasty....especially since it is a one size fits all...how can the same kit run on a raptor 700 and a blaster?
