It will wear out faster than an o ring chain, but its also half the price, i like a non o ring chain becuse there is zero drag when u roll the bike in neutral, then feel how much drag there is on a o ring chain, almost feels like its being held back
^^ i get ripped the f*ck off by places around here, i didnt go to my local guy, went back to that sh*tbox kahuna cuz i was tight for time, but paid 40 for a non o ring 120 link. they only had 120s but i cut off a good 1/4 of the chain, gota cout er up, see how big she acualy is stock.

almost evryone around here that races mx runs a non o-ring because of that very reason. less drag = more power. if all you do is trail ride then an o-ring would be better for you.
yeah, non o-ring stretch more, stretch more quickly, and totally wear out much faster than an o-ring chain.
Dirt can get into the links and it just wears the metal down. O-rings keep sealed so the dirt stays out and lubrication stays in and they don't wear down. I think O-ring chains are the way to go for anyone that isn't just racing and money isn't an issue. You'll go through many non o-ring chains before you go through an o-ring chain.
well me being a big dumbass cut to many links off my o ring chain. i want to try to add some because its still like bran new. chainbreaker? or think i could do it just by hand? hand as in my hands of god. tools.
I got got a non O ring chain so then i wouldnt be spending to much money on a chain when i did my +4 swing arm? When i do my build ill put on a o ring chan.
