no spark

did you remove the tors and or throttle switch correctly? cause if you didnt, then that could cause a no spark condition. good way to know, find the cdi box, and unplug the black wire with white tracer. try starting. if the bike starts, you did something wrong in the tors removal.

maybe your main switch assembly on the handle bars are bad. pull it off and see if light switch and kill switch looks correct inside and not damaged .it could be shorting out somehow inside the assembly .

you should disconnect everything on the bike, except for 4 of 5 wires on the cdi, (disconnect black/white wire) and see if you can get it to start. those are the only wires you need to actually make the bike run. if you do this, you can then begin connecting things one by one until the bike wont start, and theres your problem. deduction my friend!

try holding the throttle open just enough so that the button on the t.o.r.s lets go and have someone kick it over. just take the plug out and set it on the head and leave it plugged in and have someone kick it overI:I

Disconnect everything on the handlebars,on/off switch, key switch etc. Then try and see if it still has no spark. That will rule out any switch problems. Also the Ground is very critical.Double and tripple check the ground to make sure it is good then troubleshoot from there.
