no power!

ok i rebuild my blaster, all new seals, replaced crank seals, and cleaned everything and it had no power. 4cfed told me to get a smaller jet, so i put in a 280 and it gained SOME power back. once the rpms r up they stay up for a few seconds and it loses the power band. also its smokeing EXTREAMLY bad out of the exhaust and smells like engine oil. not 2stroke oil. and i replaced the crank seals so i dont know what the f*ck is going on.X(

the oil good filled it after rebuild. and sealent on the case?!?

gear oil could be leaking in from the two case halfs..

What about main bearings? If they are bad wouldn't it be letting oil into the crank and burn up?

no its not the bearings that let the oil through its the seals but wen you split the case to do your crank beaing and so on and what not wen you put it back together you r soposed to put gasket maker or silcon on it to seal

You have to seal the 2 case halves back together with RTV or yamabond or something. You cant just put the screws back in....
