No power to back wheels.

Just bought a 2002 motor off ebay, runs nice, idles good... The only problem is, the is no power to the back wheels, it revs nice and high, just no output, it slow to react.. Helppppp

clutch issues .
gonna need to pull the clutch cover to see whats up, could be bad/worn clutch discs,could just be the actuator rod adjustment/nut came off,
or assembled wrong....dots on pressure plate/basket not aligned
